A focused movement method developed by Joseph Pilates.
Erin will tailor each session to your specific conditioning needs specializing in helping those compromised from surgeries or traumas. Movement may occur on different equipment, or on a mat. These custom programs are practiced to enhance body awareness, stimulate and retrain movement firing patterns and to create symmetry and harmony in the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
